OUR STORY
Von Crumb started with a shared craving and a conversation. Or and David met online, quickly bonding over food, design, and a dream to build something of their own. Once schnitzel came up, they couldn’t let it go.
To them, schnitzel means family, warmth, and comfort—so that’s exactly what they built. A place that feels welcoming at any time of day, where the food is honest, the vibe is easy, and the door’s always open.
